1.1 Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

1.2 Shipping Fees

Local Delivery (Malaysia):

Standard delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on delivery address.

Free delivery applies for orders above RM300 (West Malaysia) and RM500 (East Malaysia).

International Delivery:

Fees depend on destination and parcel weight.

Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

1.3 Delivery Timeline

West Malaysia: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–8 business days after dispatch.

International: 7–21 business days, subject to courier and customs clearance.

1.4 Delivery Conditions

Zense Naturale shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, public holidays, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond our control.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

东马（沙巴 & 砂拉越）：发货后 5–8 个工作日。

国际：发货后 7–21 个工作日，具体时间取决于物流公司及清关流程。

1.4 配送条件

因物流公司、海关流程、公共假期、自然灾害或任何不可控因素导致的延迟，Zense Naturale 不承担责任。

若因 地址填写错误或客户未及时取件 导致包裹被退回，二次运费将由客户承担。
