Orders with available stock cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.

Cancellation is only permitted if the item ordered is out of stock and requires restocking.

Customers must submit a cancellation request within 3 days of order placement, and only if restocking applies.

 

1.3 Replacement Conditions

Replacement is applicable only if the wrong item was shipped due to our error.

Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order, with photo proof of the incorrect item.

 

1.4 Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Conditions

The following requests will not be accepted:

Items that are opened, used, or not returned in original condition.

Requests due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect purchase made by the customer.

Orders where stock was confirmed as available at checkout.

Sale items, promotional items, or free gifts (all are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable).

 

1.5 Refund & Replacement Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original method of payment.

Replacement items will only be shipped after the returned product is received and verified.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

1.6 Final Decision

1.4 不予退款与不可取消的情况

以下情况恕不接受:

  • 商品已被拆封、使用,或未保持原始状态退回。

  • 因顾客 个人原因、改变主意或下错单 而提出的请求。

  • 结账时已确认有现货的订单。

  • 促销商品、优惠商品或赠品(一律不可退款、不可更换)。

 

1.5 退款与换货流程

  • 一旦申请获批,退款将在 7–14 个工作日 内退回至原支付方式。

  • 换货商品仅会在收到并核实退回商品后才会寄出。

  • 除非因我们的错误造成退货,否则 运费不予退还
